In general a good hotel, located near the central area of London but at the same time in a quiet area. Renovated, clean and comfortable rooms. One room was a good size, but the other was a little small. The welcome when we arrived was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we got a mini tour of the hotel and the concierge took our bags to our room.
